01 · Getting started
From invitation to first match.
Your FAST access is controlled by your organisation, assigned role and active licence. Complete these essentials before matchday.
Install Launcher
Download FAST Launcher for your computer and sign in with the same FAST Cloud account.
Check your products
Confirm that the products and sports needed for your role appear in Launcher.
02 · Getting FAST
Choose your plan and install FAST.
Create your account, select the right subscription and download FAST Launcher for Windows or Mac.
- Sign in or create your FAST account.
- Choose the Starter or Professional plan and complete checkout.
- Open Downloads and select the installer for your computer.
- Run the installer and open FAST Launcher.
03 · FAST Launcher
Install your products and keep FAST current.
Use FAST Launcher as the secure starting point for every product included with your licence.
- Sign in with the same FAST account used on the website.
- Install the individual products included with your licence.
- Use Check for Updates to install available product releases.
- Select Launch when your products are ready.
04 · FAST Analysis
Set up your first analysis session.
Choose the analysis mode, configure the fixture and prepare the correct teams, rules and template.
- Select Live Match Analysis and choose your video source.
- Enter the competition and select the required match structure.
- Choose the home and away teams, kits and formations.
- Confirm the tagging template, recording location and bench delivery settings.
05 · FAST Analysis
Navigate the live analysis workspace.
Manage the match clock, code events and turn important moments into clips for coaches.
- Use Match Control to manage the clock and match periods.
- Select coding buttons as events happen.
- Assign the relevant player using the formation panel or a shortcut.
- Review the Event Log and send selected clips to FAST Viewer.
06 · FAST Viewer
Review clips and communicate decisions.
Move from the match dashboard to clips, playlists, annotations and player review without leaving Viewer.
- Open an available match and review its dashboard and clips.
- Use playback controls and add bench notes.
- Create a playlist and start a half-time review.
- Use Freeze and Draw tools to save clear visual feedback.
07 · Administration
Manage your organisation securely.
Organisation administrators can manage the subscription, people, access, devices and branding attached to their FAST licence.
- Review the organisation overview and subscription.
- Invite users and assign the appropriate role.
- Update product access and manage registered devices.
- Configure organisation branding and review billing.
08 · Troubleshooting
Quick answers.
I cannot see a FAST product in Launcher.
Confirm that you are signed into the correct account. Product access depends on your organisation licence and assigned role. Ask your organisation administrator to review your access if the product remains unavailable.
An update is available but the product is still open.
Save your work and close the relevant FAST product before applying its update. Reopen it from Launcher after the installation finishes.
I cannot see a match or recently published clips.
Check that FAST Cloud and FAST Hub show as connected, then refresh the match or clip list. Also confirm that you are using the organisation account that received access to the match.
How do I return to the Viewer match screen?
Select Viewer Home in the top toolbar. This returns you to the match-selection screen without closing FAST Viewer.
